Madison Ellis, B.S.

Lead Research Specialist

Madison joined the Suthar lab shortly after graduating from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2021. In her role as a lead research specialist, Madison supports studies aiming to investigate the durability, breadth, and potency of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination by collecting and analyzing neutralization and binding antibody titer data. Madison also contributes to assay development and automation initiatives in the laboratory, including writing SOPs, piloting new robotic equipment, and providing support for all laboratory equipment. Although her time is mostly devoted to planning and performing SARS-CoV-2 neutralization assays in a Biosafety Level 3 setting, Madison is also very experienced with high-throughput mammalian cell culture, MSD multiplex immunoassays, and microscopy.
